How we hire
Our hiring process is thorough, to ensure you and we make the right decision and to help you to decide if we're the right fit for each other.

1. Getting to know you
In the first call, let our Recruiter learn about you and your story to check a potential fit to Dexter. This is also a chance for you to ask first questions about the role and company.

2. Manager’s interview
In this meeting, your future Manager takes a deeper dive into your experience and what you could bring to the team. You can expect questions on how knowledgeable you are in the business or technology area.

3. Challenge
After this interview, you’ll receive a case that reflects part of the job. It helps us understand how you structure problems, apply your experience, and approach real work. Each case is different, but you can expect clear instructions and the chance to show your thinking.

4. Final chat
You’ve made it to the final stage! Here, we focus on true collaboration and give you the opportunity to meet a member of our Leadership team for a final interview.
For some jobs, we may also conduct a reference check.

5. Offer
And here we are - we hope to make you an offer you cannot refuse!
Our office
Welcome to Dexter! In our office, you might pass our chef cooking a healthy daily lunch or, on some days, colleagues preparing dishes from their home countries. You’ll see friendly chats at the coffee machine, as well as in-depth whiteboard discussions about how we can turn power market changes into product improvements. With a bit of luck, you’ll even catch our Dexter band rehearsing.
