Your team

This position is part of the Marketing team, supporting day-to-day execution

Role overview

As our Marketing Operations Student, you’ll provide critical support to the marketing team by taking ownership of recurring operational tasks. From event logistics to reporting and content scheduling, you’ll help free up bandwidth so the team can focus on higher-value strategic projects.

Responsibilities

• Event operations: Book travel and accommodations, manage registrations and deadlines, and ensure invoices and documentation are completed on time.

• Marketing tools & reporting: Gather and clean data for lead tracking and event evaluation, and contribute to recurring reports that summarize insights for the team.

• Marketing execution: Bring Dexter’s voice to life by maintaining the events calendar in line with campaigns and events, and monitoring marketing performance to support continuous improvement.

About you

To be successful in this role, you’ll at least need:

• Currently studying (HBO/WO), preferably in marketing, communication, business, or related field

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Proactive and hands-on, comfortable taking ownership of tasks

• Curiosity about renewable energy and marketing in a B2B context
