This position is part of the Customer Success team within the Commercial Department. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be driving our operational excellence and striving for an exceptional customer experience. You will be part of a team of 3 Customer Success Managers and reporting into Sandra Bienayme, our Head of Customer Success.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager at Dexter Energy, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers' satisfaction, success, and loyalty. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing them with the guidance, support, and expertise they need to maximize the value of our renewable energy forecasting and trade optimization solutions.
What you will be doing
Customer onboarding: Facilitate a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new customers.
Live trial conversion: Ensure we maximize our chances of winning product live trials by delivering the most performing products and ensuring a premium customer experience.
Account management: Develop strong, lasting relationships with key clients, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate within our organization.
Renewal management and growth support: Proactively manage contract renewals, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and work with Sales to maximize customer lifetime value.
Feedback gathering: Collect and analyze customer feedback to provide valuable insights to our product and development teams, contributing to product improvement.

Keep the energy flowing
To be successful in this role, you'll at least need:
Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or a customer facing role (i.e. consulting).
Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies. Energy trading is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
